Tuesday 1st July 2008: It's official! The Sunseeker XS Challenger is back in action after the drama following its barrel-roll in the Powerboat P1 French Grand Prix. Herculean efforts from Sunseeker Sales Group and engine supplier, FPT, have resulted in the boat being ready to resume its international race programme, starting in Tunisia over the weekend of 11th-13th July.

At the weekend, Pete Little, Team Sunseeker throttleman, put the boat through its paces, the former World and European Champion declaring the boat race-ready. "It has been frustrating sitting on the sidelines for the past two Grand Prix events but now we are back, the boat feels responsive and its performance is pretty much where we want it," explains Little. "A lot of people have put in a huge amount of time and effort to get the boat in top condition to race again and we shall be aiming to reward their efforts in the Tunisian Grand Prix."

After three days of testing, the Sunseeker XS Challenger has now been 'bubble wrapped' or the long journey by road and sea to North Africa.
